Symbiosis- is the interaction between two different organisms living in close physical association.
Mutualism- the doctrine that mutual dependence is necessary to social well-being.
Commensalism- an association between two organisms in which one benefits and the other derives neither benefit nor harm.
Parasitism- a non-mutual symbiotic relationship between species, where one species, benefits at the expense of the other.
The poisonous dart frogs show commensalism, as do furry and feathered animals.
Leaf cutter ants and fungus show mutualism in the rainforest.
Rafflesia arnoldii shows parasitism.
Monkeys show symbiosis.
